For the second day in a row now, I CANNOT access my site! I bought a package through their freewebsite provider that totaled over $100. it included the semi annual hosting, domain, blog setup, security updates, daily backup, site lock, etc... you'd think for all that, you're getting a deal, right? Especially considering I found out about them from a VERY reliable source & the site had so many great reviews...

Anyway, a few weeks prior to this all starting, if I attempted to do any updates on my site past midnight, I'd have the same issue. I blew it off because I know alot of providers update or do maintenance on their service at odd hours, so I didn't think much of it.

However, this is the text on the page that I've been getting since yesterday...

THREE things...

1. My site has been "temporarily unavailable"
for the last 2 DAYS except for small
windows of time in the morning
2. I CAN load any & all pages, EXCEPT MY SITE!
My internet/network connection is solid!
3. Firefox IS listed in my firewall protection
program as being allowed access to the web.

Tried clearing my cache & cookies. Nothing. So this is obviously a problem on their servers' end, not my computer, internet or browser connection.

I put in a support ticket yesterday & now, 22 HOURS later, I was able to log into my billing account (go figure!) through their main Brainhost.com site & my ticket is listed, "low priority" as assigned to an "Adam Walter"...??

Funny how their main site, Brainhost.com, loads just fine, but I can't get my site to load AT ALL. REALLY embarrassing when you have your own site listed all over the net for possible clients or networking contacts to find you & your site wont even load- what does that end up saying about ME?!?

Unless someone from their company contacts me about this, I'm going to have to SERIOUSLY consider getting a full refund, transferring to a more reliable host (I have another provider for another site that has NEVER given me site loading problems) & removing my affiliate link for their freewebsite company from my site as well.

This is a matter of BOTH lost TIME & MONEY!

4:46pm on September 26th: Continuing to try to load my site & now I'm getting internal server errors!

just another note: I cannot access my cpanel where my @(Personal Information Removed) emails are located either, so I am not able to verify my scambook account. Please contact me via phone with any updates on resolving these issues ... Thank you.

I called & got ahold of a Simon Stone, who tried to explain why my ticket was listed "low" priority- apparently they differentiate requests sent from their actual support site compared to tickets sent from your billing account dashboard...

...Anyway, Mr. Stone (who spoke w/an Indian accent) made note of my concerns & put in a request for a callback. About 20 or so minutes later, I got a call from John (couldn't make out last name, Beats/Bates?)...

...who was in contact w/the technical dept & said there was a problem w/the server my site was on & that they're updating things, but it was fixed. I checked my site & it was then loading fine...

...He offered to reimburse some of the extras I was paying for on my account...
HOWEVER; it is now 4:28 on a Friday, my site is NOT loading again & since their customer service line is only open Monday-Friday until 3pm Pacific time...

...I have to wait for a callback from their supervisor on Monday. By then, I'll have had an entire week of NOT being able to access or update my site!!

Another note- @4:13pm today, I responded to the customer service emails from both John & a "Vale" about my site being down again. We'll see where this goes next week...
