I've been paying my membership of $17.83 since January 2013. Never had a problem receiving my rebate until August. New rules apply now that the only rebate credit would be from expense on the registered credit card. I have 3 different credit cards that I use. What if I pay cash to get a rebate? I should of been notified by phone or email as now I have over $50 worth of rebate that I can't claim. I've cancellec my membership since new rules can be applied without our knowledge.
