Huge scam! When I signed up for the "no strings attached" e-cigs "free trial", there was no indication in terms and conditions, or otherwise, of trial length, a return by date, nor other pertinent info. Gave my visa account # to pay $5 S&H fee. With no notification, they withdrew $119.95 from my checking account. I became aware only after mailed notices from my bank, after the cascade of overdraft fees it set in motion had begun. I live on a fixed income, so no money to cover until 9/15. Began to look for ways to resolve. Found not even BBB accredited due to past complaints. Finally had $ minus overdraft fees in checking on 9/15. They've done it to me again, I learned on 9/25!! Already zero in my acct. Will be more fees; no idea how much yet. Shipment arrived before I became aware of withdrawal, for "automatic refill" I never ordered, nor dreamed was coming, in spite of damage already done. I'll be lucky if all I lose are electricity and groceries for a long time! Have emailed complaint and demanded stop, but no response yet. Should be shut down!!

"Refill" shipment (5 cartridges) $69.90, withdrawn from checking acct on 9/20. Photo of shipment uploaded. No packing slip, return info. $119.95 withdrawal on 8/21. Chase checking acct.; info available.

After contacting me here, Alex emailed directly. Offer to wave restock fee, refund of refills (shipping my cost), cancelled future ship. Nothing else. Quoted detailed "terms and conditions", he said I agreed to. That didn't appear then!

- After Alex emailed me directly, was asked for identifying info through this site again, stating they wanted to resolve. Answered, but to date, no further contact from Regal. Beware this company! They do not resolve any claim in the majority of cases.
