This is how it startd....rushcard blockd my brothers debit card because hes incarcerated....they got me running thru hoops to find closer in this and there seems to be no conclusion to dis...my brother had an account with rushcard befor he was incarcerated.ive been maintaining his account with reciepts of all the moneypaks i use to load on his card specifically for his needs...legal work..fiod..etc...theres a power of attorney form that has been documented and signed by me and my sister who would be sole custody that my brother signed his rights to..He has also signed it to approve any type of obligations to recieve any funds regarding his financial needs...rushcard claims to have placee this account under an escheatment process...but when askd eho do i speak to or address about thus issue they would not respond with an answer...they basically robbed him for his mone..no laws were broken....money that was placed on hus account was by me and my siblings which we can prove reciepts of proof of purchase...would you help me resolve this please...thank you
