Well I obtained a loan from western sky because I had some money issues. The sold the loan to cash call. At the time I didn't know that they was the same company. I paid faithfully until I couldn't any more. They started sending me all kinds of letters and the phone calls was non stop. I file a complaint with the AG office in the state of Florida. Nothing happened. Now some place called American something was calling my family miners stating I wrote a bad check and that a warrant was going to be issued for my arrest. I have paid them the principal of the loan. The interest rate was at 231 percent which is illegal in the state of Florida. All I want is this off of my credit and to be finished with them. I have learned a very valuable lesson. Never be that disparate to borrow and always read the fine print. I just want to know if it's anything you can help me with to get from under this thing and get this removed from my credit.
