i ordered 3 bags and it took them more than a week just to send me a tracking number. i sent several emails regarding my order and didn't get a reply until two days ago. i requested to cancel my order after i read several complaints about the site,but they still shipped it. then today i received my order and very dissatisfied because they sent me 3 fake bags. it wouldn't be so bad if the site didn't claimed that their LV bags are 100% authentic. i know its too good to be true but when a site posted authentic ...you would give a second thought!!!!
