This Company has agents that are very rude when you ask them questions I don't understand how this works but they told me I have to be permanent disable to claim,,but my insurance said temporary or permanent disable but they wont listen to me they don't even let me talk and then they hang up !! make me sicker, I wrote them a letter never responded me, lucky me i spoke to an agent he said call back and make the claim when you are permanent disable and send proofs and so and so etc..we send another letter again no respond !!! I just read that it is an scam company !!now what happens to the money that I'm paying ?? some body has to do something about companies like this, be aware !!
