Tried to purchase Microsoft office through www.msonlineshop.com. Payment was through viigoo.com. Never got a product key.
But got suspicious email from [email protected], with the subject line "Information from www.sitecomplaint.com(The system e-mail,Please do not reply)".

- I have the same complaint. Placed a purchase on July 2nd and have yet to receive a product key.

I finally got a product key from them, but it was not valid.
I went ahead and bought from Microsoft directly.
I also made a complaint to IC3.gov. -

I too ordered Office 2010 Professional Suite from msonlineshop.com. My "license key," as worded on my detailed invoice reads as an invalid product key license on the Microsoft Download. My payment method went through Viigoo Payment Gateway and my credit card was charged through the Gray Company. I have sent over half dozen emails explaining my situation to both msonlineshop's customer service and the "third party" site complaint. I keep getting cryptic emails from Viigoo (sitecomplaint) stating my package has been shipped; even though, I ordered the download. Viigoo (sitecomplaint) emailed this morning stating they attempt to contact the vendor on my behalf. If the matter is not resolved in 48 hours I am to email back. I will keep updating as this aggrivation keeps unfolding. My biggest fear is that I may end up loosing the $100--pretty expensive for life lesson on what seemed like a reputable site.

- I also recently ordered Office 2010 Professional Suite from www.mssoftwarestore.com for $100.00. The "license key," as worded on my detailed invoice was an invalid product key license on the Microsoft Download. My payment method went through Viigoo Payment Gateway and my credit card was charged through the SHUTOINE REARTHY AG - CHINA. I have sent multiple emails explaining my situation to www.mssoftwarestore.com customer service. They have informed me that they will make a refund but that it takes 10 business days. I am very suspicious of this company and feel like they are NOT legitimate. I also think that I am out the 100 bucks (boy that hurts). I am going to contact my Visa company to see if they can help and I too will be filing a complaint with IC3.gov. WATCH out folks with this company it is bad news.
