Bad scam over English bulldog puppy on craigslist of southeast missourian. Stated that English bulldog puppies for 350. Then we found out it was 428. Then was going to be 560 for insurance and delivery refundable fee. Told her you promised there would be no more money involved. She said sorry wasn't aware of such an hidden fee. I said forget it. Send money back. She said ok I will send390 back in two weeks. I asked 390? Don't u mean 428 and why two wks?? She no 390 and I get paid two wks. This is nothing but a scam.

- I am sorry to say that my boyfriend and I were scammed by the same Millan Kelson on 9/20/13. We were trying to buy a Pomeranian puppy from her that she posted an add for on eBay classifieds. She said it would be $380 for the pup including delivery. But after sending the money she claimed to have dropped the dog off at an agency that wanted us to pay another $650 for puppy insurance. The email that the "agency" sent was extremely redundant and highly unprofessional. Also the rep that we spoke to for this agency had the same accent as Millan's supposed husband Ulrich. Millan and Ulrich apologized for the "hidden fee" but we refused to pay it and requested our money back. They told us we would have to wait a week because they are on their way to Colorado and on a fixed budget. They also tried to guilt us saying that the pup is going to have to be all lonely at the agency for a week and that will cost them money. But I don't feel bad for them now, this is a messed up scam and I am going to file a police report on them as soon as I can this week. I would really appreciate it if you could contact me with your info so the police could contact you as a reference to further this investigation. I hope that they get caught and that we get our money back.
