GuruAid employed me on 02/09/2013 as a senior sales executive saying that it is a Technical Support Company.They provided me with ten days of sales training and then put me on the job.The Client base for GuruAid is USA,Canada,UK,and Australia.They have highlited Microsoft Windows Support in their Home page and also provided a toll free number:1 855 575 5140.The aim of this company is to mislead customers in thinking that they have called Microsoft and then promise to resolve all their software related issues,once they have the customers confidence,they will take the customers PC on Remote,scan their computer and show them various error's,at times they create these issues.Now they convince customers that they need to get it resolved if not then the computer is at risk.As the clients who generally call are aged people and those who do not have much know how of computers it is easy to trap them with a one time fix ($100-120) or annual maintenance plans:1year=$169.99,2years=$299.99 or 3 year's=$399.99.They will also come down to as low as $50.This company does not have any principles or values,if a new joinee does not crack a sale he is not paid his entire months salary and is also asked to leave,this just shows that when a company can cheat its (own) how do you expect it to spare its customers.
