Signed up to an account which i immediately cancelled. Didnt realise i was being billed over extended period(11months). Once i found out contacted jdibilling but would only refund me $282.80 of the $350.96 claiming that they cannot refund after a non refundable period... even so the money they cannot refund does not match the money taken from my account during the non refundable period.
