Received the book that I ordered but was charged more than the price on cover of book (book cover said 10.99) I was charge 19.99 for the book. It was not what I expected and when trying to contact them I have had no response...I wish to return it and get a refund but can't talk to anyone about it over the phone. I even sent an e-mail to them and there again -NO RESPONSE. I am not sure if I hould just return it and hope I will hear from them or what. Please help!
