I claimed a FREE sample for which I paid £4.95 postage. Went on to their website on 7 September to cancel memebership - told them I did not want any more of their products. But two days later £79.20 has been taken from my account. Have phoned the UK contact number given on their site but the the person I spoke to could not find any details about me, gave me an email address to write to, but surprise, surprise the email has been returned to me as it could not be delivered!!
