I received a call from a tech at Global PC Support 24/7 saying they had noticed problems with my computer & wanted me to go to my computer & they would help with any problems that I may be having. I should have known this was to good to be true not being a computer geek but a sometimes trusting person. Well long story short I was charged $169.00 and when I did have a problem earlier this year I was informed by a young lady they had no record of me or any payment that was made so basically I was up the creek without any paddle to be nice about this whole mess. Well as of today 9/12/13 I have received two phone calls within a week about returning my money but I had to go to my computer & turn it on. Needless to say I hung up on the first guy & then this evening another one calls trying & succeeded in getting me to go to my computer but whatever he was trying to do thru Western Union did not work since I have no account with them. So I proceed to get nasty & tell him they had no problem charging my credit card last year so just credit that same card, oh yes he wanted card info (BS). I should have known this was a scam last year & since reading about this company now just re-enforces everything always trust your gut feelings. Just return the money to the people you screwed over, I do believe in KARMA!!!!
