This company is an absolute disgrace... I have emailed, phoned them everyday since June wrote 6 letters and also completed the online enquiry where they say they will get back to you in an hour?? I have completed the online form on the web page and have done this every second day. I never asked for a loan or anything to do with this company!!! Someone used my details and £70.00 was taken from my account I have a crime reference number the lot.... I want my money back. Nothing but a bunch of robbers by the sounds of it I wouldnt be surprised if this is how they get their money. Stolen details perhaps or paid for details?
Totally furious and want someone to do something about companies like this?
