I was skeptical in the beginning as I get calls for marketing on a weekly basis. The gentleman was quick and clever and convinced me that this was a legit program of real time buyers who in most cases are qualified and really want to buy/sell real estate.
NOT true. The phone numbers are either wrong, changed to a new person because information is so old or the person is annoyed as they are not interested in real estate.
