Was offered the Serum as a free gift for completing a survey on ebay, all I had to pay was £4.95 GBP p&p, which was taken from my account on 21st August 2013. They then took £87.00 GBP, from my bank account on 06th September 2013 I only agreed to them taking the cost of p&p and nothing further. I have contacted my bank and consumer services today 10th September 2013, I will be writing to them at their registered address requesting a full refund by recorded delivery giving them 7 days to refund me in full

I notice that you have it down as $87 when in fact it was £87 GBP which is equivelant to about $130 that is based on an exchange rate of $1.50 to £1 GBP

  • Hi Paul, I have had precicely the same experience - I will be shortly contacting them by phone (to log an attempt to resolve), if fruitless, I will liaise with Trading Standards and most likely also have to write to their head offices. I confess myself astounded that a company is that desperate for cashflow to risk making a bad name for itself (As it is bound to happen) and lose potentially loyal customers through such despicable behaviour. I must add that I have kept all emails by themselves and there is no mention whatsoever of any cancellation period, follow-up charges etc etc. I will keep you posted on the outcome, good luck.

  • I have contacted them directly, spoke to an admittedly very courteous CC agent. Stated my potential next steps (as outlined further in my logged complaint) and was advised to return packaging to a set address for full refund. Will follow up and keep you posted.
