The website claims that they sell original Timberland boots for cheap. I bought a pair of timberland boots which turned out to be a counterfeit with the original trademark of timberland, original package and product decription, but the item was obviously a fake. The item was also delivered from an address in China. On the website it clealry says the product can be returned in 10 days for cash refund, but no return address is specified! No customer service phone no or email address!! I am a victim.
