I called during infomercial stating I would get 2 books and maybe a calendar for $19.95. Once computer had my info, I was told fee would be $19.95 and asked if I wanted second book, (which was supposed to be included). I kept asking to speak to a representative and was ignored. I tried to cancel my order and was ignored. After 5 minutes of trying to sell me more stuff and me not knowing how or if to respond for fear that more would be charged to my account, they quickly said it would take 3-6 weeks to get the order and gave a phone number that started with 866-454 but I could not write fast enough to get the rest and it was not repeated, (unlike all the info trying to get me to buy was repeated previously).
