This is not the first time I have had problems with ATT. Everytime I change my service the bill is not what was agreed upon. I have spent hours getting it corrected. Now once again for two months I was charged for the highest internet services (close to $80) I did order. However, this did not improve the speed of my service. I was told by an expert that upgrading wouldn't work because my system was too old. I called ATT to tell them the service didn't work. At the same time I received a special in the mail from ATT for services for basic phone, long distance and internet service, each cost in the teens. After two calls totaling 5 1/2 hours it was arranged with the billing department that my bill would be somewhere under $50.00 including taxes. Last months bill was around $45 and change. This month it jumped again to over $65.00. I can't spend anymore time on the phone being told one thing by them and then being charged a different amount. I pay on line so I'm not aware of charges until after the bill is paid.
