I have filled up a short survey and selected free veloura anti wrinkle cream for 3.49 GBP.
This was shipping price. I didn't know it was a trial version, cause it was not mentioned anywhere in survey. And now they charged me additional 74.95 GBP. And as i have read other complains they will keep on charging me every month now. How this can be tolerated? i haven't agreed to any user agreement or other details. Tei don't advertise that you will be charged or it is a trial product. They do this only with letter with product which takes lots of time to receive so it is impossible to try product before 14 days trial expires.
This is a big scam and they should be sued.
How can i withdraw from further charging and receive my money back?
