This is an international dating site which translates messages between English speaking men and Chinese women. Turns out the profiles are fake and the photos of the woman are stolen from the internet, most are models or small time celebrities. They lure in the men and you can even send them "gifts" (money) on their birthday or other holidays. Not only are the woman not real, they are working for rosematch.com.
They recently changed their name from '2xlove.com' since they were getting a poor reputation.

I lived in China many years (2001-2006). I check out the dating sites for fun. This site is definitely a scam! Although there are legit photos, they are ripped from other real dating sites.
To prove it is a scam, I sent messages to several ladies, and nearly all replied with "I am sorry, I do not understand, can you do in Chinese?"
So I began including Chinese with my English. No replies. Then I added my info in my profile that said "I speak fluent Mandarin and some Cantonese. I read and write Chinese. I plan to move back to China and retire there. I am not rich. I own very little. I have no desire to remain in America.
After that, I no longer got any more messages, gifts! -
