I noticed on 8/21/13 that I had charges on my card totaling $201.90. I went to my bank and found out it was from this company for both the Equinox day and night serium and RVTL Anti Aging cream. I called the company that same day as to how to return the products and get a refund. I followed Brian's instructions and wrote return to sender. I'm still waiting for my refund, so I called again and was told that of the $105.95 I would be getting back $89.00 and of the $95.95 I would be getting back $69.00. Then he has the nerve to tell me that I have to pay a re-shelving fee of $20.00 on each product. He told me this was printed in the disclaimer. I looked and didn't see this anywhere.
