I ordered a pair of tennis shoes and a pair of flip flip flops. The company I thought was a trusted site since it was through PayPal, but they never sent a confirmation. The money came out of my PayPal account from a seller named Deng Zhigang. I didn't even realize until this point it was an international sale. I received nothing and sent many emails inquiring finally I received a Minnie Mouse plastic bag in the mail and wasn't really sure from whom although it was shipped from China. I contacted Pay Pal and filed a claim that I had not received my shoes and they contacted the seller who provided them with the tracking number from the plastic bag. I appealed their finding on basis of receiving an item not as described. I just.got an email that.the money will be refunded to me as soon as I provide PayPal with a tracking number for return of the plastic bag. So far from why I have found it will cost $30 since the return is at my cost and I will recoop $20. I find this irritating since I will have to pay for return of an item I didn't order but guess I should be glad at last I get some of my money back. I would advise anyone who has this happen file a complaint with Pay Pal these people have ripped off untold numbers of.people.
