I ordered a camera on June 20th for $1799. Technically I paid them my money and I received the item - almost a MONTH later. AFTER I begged them to send it to me via email, phone, and contact form on their website. They also sent me a REFURBISHED item and they did not specific that it was refurbished in all the conversations I had with them. Ben was rude on the phone, he actually hung up on me multiple times, didn't answer the phone on one occasion because they must've recognized my number. I called back after blocking my number and they magically answered it.

They are rude, dishonest and I wanted to spread the word. Do not buy from them! I was told 10-15 day shipping and would receive tracking number 2 days before it arrived UPS - UPS said that is a load of crap. They would've received a tracking number the second they created the shipment, so they are holding on to your money as long as possible and then either keeping it or acting like they are doing you a favor by finally sending the item you ordered from them. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"!
