"Out of the Blue" two charges of $59.90 were charged to Discover Card. Called Discover to question charges and where they came from. Discover investigated and had charges reversed. The next month (6-12-13) Prolific Marketing Services sent an invoice in the mail for $119.80 because they had not recieved payment for their most recent bill. Also it was stated "a payment of $1198.00 will pay your account in full. No services were ordered nor implied to be ordered through this company.
