I opened an account to pay for an opportunity. I opted to credit the account and transfered money to thier AU account for conversion to USD and to be added to my account. The money cleared from my account, I received and email saying I had to take a permission for to my bank to allow the processed payment to be received and it showed up as pending in my solidtrust pay account.
At that time i saw bad reviews on solidtrust pay and the opportunity i was looking at so i decided to withdraw my money. I did not take the consent form in and I asked solidtust pay to reject / return my payment.
They deleted the pending payment and replied saying there are no pending payments.
I replied several times giving screen shots of payments etc and just got sarcastic replies like "As always, it is our pleasure to assist in any way possible!"
I cant phone easily as the time difference means I need to call at 12am which I'm normally asleep by.
I have reported it as fraud to my bank who are writing to them to return the money.
