I will never purchase another Toshiba product again and I don't give a (Inappropriate Content Removed) if I have to spend twice as much for a similar computer.

My son and I spent a minimum of 8 hours on the phone trying to get help and at least 10 phone calls to people who couldn't speak English after being refereed to their "Tech Help" line.
My lap top developed a "glitch" and Tech Help quoted us a one time $30.00 fee to walk us through it. They sent us a reformat disc which was corrupt. I finally ended up paying a computer repair center $100.00 to reformat my computer.
A monthly fee was charged to my card and after more calls they said two months of payments would be credited back to my card and they would discontinue taking money out.
of my account. The $20.00 was credited back
to my account but they are still charging me
monthly. This whole experience has been a total nightmare and never will I purchase another Toshiba computer. Unfortunately I own three of them. Can't hardly wait to give someone else my business!!!!!
