I am trying to recover $603.00 made via my Capital One Visa card - the merchant has already refunded this money to EcmcPal because of my order not being in stock - but EcmcPal are not returning this money back to my card even though I have made a formal request both via their site and a complaint email which does not seem to be read by anyone. There are no contact details on this site - obviously a scammer!
