In 2008 we bought a kitchen from HD. Appied for HD acct and got 1 year no interest pmt. We paid in full way before 1 year was over. Recentelly we ran a credit score report and find out that we have debt of $300 on HD account. The phone number of the company who report to the 3 bureau is 800-677-0232. We tried to investigate the charges for month but had no luck. No body knows what the charges are who charged our acct, no supporting documents. We finally decide to pay the acct and be done with it, because we were in the process to refinance the house. After we made the pmt still nothing got updated with Transunion it is over a month. They are saying that acct close, but they don't provide any info to credit bureaus. We'll never shop at HD again. Please help.
