I also tried to call (the number I found on their site), but no body answers. I wanted to cancel the order!
And now they charged me for something I didn't order n°1012431 !
Can somebody help me?
I would like to have my money back.

The first bottle of the samples I ordered arrived 1 week after I've been charged for 83.80$! This is not what they write on their "Terms and Conditions" list.
Hope that some one from the Company replies to me, I would like to have my money back.

The order ID is: #1012431, from my Cart I can read: UFFICIALARGAN069480193 EBENE MU. As I already paid for the samples at the moment I ordered them, and you charged me for all, the amount is €98.88.
Can you asure me that I want be charged for the same thing next month again?
