The monetary damages is just for my time wasted on this program and person. I dont expect to collect it. I want however to fore warn anyone else that this program and person is a scam. I filled out the form for the grant request. I found it odd that it was so basic in nature. Ten minutes after submission I was replied that I was assigned to a case worker and minutes after that I was told that I was accepted and won a grant. She tried to get me to a dentist of her choosing ASAP but I failed to commit until she sent me some references of other people who received grants. She always failed supply references. On an off chance I Googled 'scam + cosmetic dentistry program' and found this site and the stories from people roped in by her. Im just glad that I didnt spend any money other than an hour of my time. I emailed Paula Velasco with a link to this article. No reply.
