My computer was running slow and responded to a pop-up for this company. They downloaded the program and then talked me into a one year program to solve any problems I have on the computer. On the above date they contacted me and stated the one year program had never been recorded. They wanted to refund the money by western union. to make a long story short I gave them my Chase card number. which was refused. Chase contacted me and advised this company attempted to bill my card over $400.00 for the $199.99 refund It,s impossible to talk with anyone at this company as a result of no one speaks english. I guess I just learned a lesson that cost me money. Now I have to go through the trouble of canceling my card and getting another.
