Where do I start ?

It started with a phone call to your company to check on prices and availability of an Aston Martin DB9,I spoke to a Mr Andrew Brown who told me the dates were available for me to hire the Aston Martin DB9 but that the DBS was a far better car and that my husband would much prefer this ?
So I agreed that I would have the DBS, he then continued to tell me that delivery was free(of which I did question because previous quotes I had had from other companies were extra for delivery),so after repeatedly asking Andrew about the delivery being free he assured me it was.
I then received an email from Andrew on the 22/07/2013 saying that he had realised it was outside of the M25 and that a fee of £400 is the price for drop/pick up, but he would reduce this to £200 ? obviously after this email I emailed in return that this was unacceptable, The £200 was then deducted.(but what a mess up)
Ok so then on the 23/07/2013 I paid £3650.00 into your account CLEARLY stating by booking of the Aston Martin DBS for 25/07/2013 until the 28/07/2013 along with the time of 9.30am that I needed it delivered to the factory address where my husband works.
I had a confirmation from Andrew Brown on the same day saying that he could confirmed the vehicle was booked for me and how I would like it to be presented to my husband, of which I replied to also I stated to him that we have to factory's and not to go to the wrong one so I clearly gave him the dates again and the address, of which he replied (yes that is fine, we have noted the address and preses).

On the morning of the 25th July (my husband's 50th) I checked my emails to see Andrew had questioned the dates ???
In a blind panic I emailed and rang Andrew to find he had got the dates mixed up and had no car booked for me on the 25th,can you imagine my upset and anguish. I had the whole day arranged around this car, I had friends and work mates waiting to see my husband receive his present I had a trip to Manchester organised as well as a long country driving route worked out of which at the end I had booked into a very high-class hotel.
Andrew was very unprofessional he said he could get me a Lamborghini of which I agreed to because I though well it better than nothing, but then said he couldn’t get it to me for the time I needed to set off.

I am so upset and still very angry about the whole day, this was my husband's 50th birthday, this day will never come again and I will NEVER forget how I was treated on a day that should have been one of the happiest days of my husband's life, instead he was left with me being in total shock and totally let down by your so called Professional Company .

I still await a email or phone call from Mr Andrew Brown who says he prides himself on customer fed back ???
