I spent several months being conned into giving Davison money to create and market my invention. After agreeing to let them and paying the inital $745. After doing this i got a call from a different individual saying she didn't work there anymore and i had to deal with him. during this process i was lied to saying that the "virtual rendering" was a prototype of intention and that was why the final cost was so high and that they would be presenting my invention in person to the clients. After a few payments I got a box with dvd's in it manipulating me to trust them and let them change my idea because their experts knew what the clients desired and that if any changes needed to be made they would take care of it because it was in their best interests to ensure the product gets sold. All this was a lie. The "virtual rendering" is a piece of paper with a picture of what your product would look like, i later found out that they never presented it in person and that it was just mailed, and that any changes would have to be through a separate agreement and costs, plus after a year of no response the client rejected the changes they made and i was informed that if i wanted to send it to any other clients it would cost $300+ each time. this being said each stage involved a different individual who was not in a position to verify what was said prior and lied to me about what was going to happen. Not only did they fail to provide anything they say on the phone i never received my 5% discount rebate for paying it all off in a short time period. Please help me. My family has suffered deeply because i trusted them with my dream and now we are deep in debt due to payday and title loans trying to compensate for the trust I placed them.
