We recieved a 3 day 2 night stay and a rent a car for the same amount of days. We booked 4 times with this company and each time they cancelled our trips. They wanted us to keep sending in new dates. After the 4th time we just wanted our deposit back. we filled out the forms and it took over a month and only recieved
a portion of our deposit back. They stated if we cancell before we booked a trip they get to keep an activation fee. The thing is we tried to book 4 times and they are the ones that cancelled not us. We are going to get an attorny
now to fight it.
