I have filed numerous complaints with the USPS, someone is stealing my telephone bill, I believe it is being used for identity theft purposes in conjunction with AT&T, after they finally got my address correct, after 3yrs, now I'm not receiving any bills, this happened when I first got the account in 2010, when I discovered that someone was accessing my account through the postal service, suddenly my online account was shut down without any notice or reason, this happened in May, I refused to set it up because it could happen again, what's really interesting is that when I made my telephone number public in 9/12, also requested paper bills, I never received an original bill, always a copy with the wrong address, last month, I then received a form signing me up for low-income lifeline services, I called them they said that AT&T had to submit the info, I filed a complaint with the CPUC, AT&T said there is no record, I just wish that someone could explain this eloborate case of identity theft, I believe, in my opinion this is happening because I have not signed any tax documents with my estranged husband, and all of a sudden he stopped asking me, also, that's when all this craziness started with At&T, I know they're not using my social security number, but something is wrong, it took me 3yrs to find out about postage meters being illegally used, I would just like some answers
