I ordered the DVD set of how the west was won and while starting the series i found out that dvd #2 and #3 has an error and wont play, I did what the note said to do and Ive e-mailed company twice and have yet to here from them. Besides that most of dvds are poor quality and a lot of crackling noise. I am VERY disappointed.
