After receiving numerous telephone calls regarding my subscription, I renewed my subscription to National Enquirer magazine for three years for $191.88 and paid with my Discover card on September 17, 212. I was assured that my subscription which would run out January 14, 2013, would continue uninterrupted because I had renewed it. Well, my subscription ran out, and I have not received any magazines since. I have tried repeatedly to deal with them on the phone to no avail. I am beyond being disgusted with them. I cannot reach anyone by phone, and the messages that I leave are never addressed with a return call. I am ready to contact the Attorney General of my state to see if he can assist me in this matter.
