I bought 40k gold from them and they never sent it. This was yesterday, since then I have gone to the website and tried to online chat, but every time they sign in and realize it's me, and I ask them about my gold, they sign off and won't respond to me. Looks like I am going to have to dispute the charges with my bank since I neither received what I purchased, nor did I receive a refund. They just stole my money and now refuse to talk to me after emailing them and trying to speak with hem via online chat. This company is a scam, DO NOT use them!
