I ordered to free sample just shipping charges of £12.00 approx. That money was taked out immediatly I happened to notice just as the order was being processes that if I dident cancel within 15 days that I would have to pay membership. I did cancel but the money was still taken out of my account even though I was assured no money would be taken out, They are lying scumbags of the highest degree. They would not accept a cancellation email. I even returned the bottles but still no money.
