This company suspended my account with no warning.
My payment is due on 07/26/2013. I called 2times and left message requesting a callback. I have been giving them a hard time when I did research on why I wasn't making sales on my site but a few.
I found the SSl certificate was not functioning and when someone came to the site their browser would advise them the site was not trusted. I had thousands of visitors and no sales. I contacted them, gave them a copy of the report on the bad SSL certificate, and advise them how to get is corrected. Five weeks later nothing was done to correct, even tho I'm paying monthly hosting fees. Very rarely will any one ever calll you back or answer your Emails to [email protected]
