I brought a software package that I downloaded and from day 1 it did not do what the sales video promised.
There were many features promised. i.e. email lists of plumbers in areas of the US that would automatically come up on predator that would be eligible for selling a website design to.Nearly every time the system would crash or freeze.
The company lied about training webinars being held once a week,that this was a limited edition that had had not been released before when it had been released 2years previous,that people were earning money from it yet they would not say who.The list goes on.
I have requested on 5 occasions to get a refund but all I told is to be patient as they are having problems but are sorting it out.Can you help
