This is a total scam!!! Totally deceiving and miss representation! When I found the charge on my account of $19.99 vs the $1.00, I was livid! I called and demanded a refund and was told all she was authorized to refund was $10 but if I wanted the full amount I would have to call tomorrow and talk with Cooper. Coincedence that the "Managers" name is the same as the street?? I hope this is not the case however, I am not holding my breath. Being a victim of a scam or fraud really stinks. Even if it is only $19.99.
