HOW TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM:
I googled ugg boots and came across this sight thinking it was the legitimate ugg boot site. I purchased a pair of shoes and then received a suspicious email :
Thank you for choosing " uggale.com " to purchase on 09/29/2011 19:57:53 GMT and your transaction amount is 96.63 USD.
The charge will appear on your credit card statement as payment to Shuang Qian network services (Suzhou) Co., Ltd..
I immediately researched the name to find out I was scammed. I emailed the address that was in the email asking to cancel my order. I continued to get automated messages and then reported a complaint to FTC. I advise that everyone file a report at http://www.ftc.gov/. I then contacted my bank and filed a dispute with them. My bank has credited me back that money and is further investigating this "company." Contact your bank and file a dispute claim for fraud.
