Our firms moved location from litterally around the corner from our previous office. The move was on the first of July, as of today we are still dead in the water and Comcast has offered nothing as far as a solution. We pay for the business class service and receive nothing but excuses and scheduled onsite visits which mysteriously get cancelled. I now have to supply all of my employees with Hot Spots so we can get some work done. What a useless organization if they cannot deliver on the promise.
