I have 35.95 taken off of my credit. I have never purchased anything for this amount. I was told its for video games and media online... I don't play video games or watch movies online I don't even own. Computer... When I told the lady this she quickly said I will cancel your order and refund your money.. Again I never order anything online and never heard of this company.. I still am waiting on a refund from this company and hope they don't take anymore money from me I'm a single parent with 3 kids I need to care for.
