my ten year old grandson was playing pogo games which I pay 39.99 a year for and somehow he purchased 10000 gems for 55.99 and it never confirmed the purchase or asked for a password to authorize this transaction and they somehow put it through anyways and I saw I was charged 55.99 for this and I talked to them online and explained what had happened and they assured me a refund would be give.They list a phone number but you cannot get through to them and it is so hard to reach them online. They promised me the refund would be done by the 10th but I had to contact them again for the refund to be issued, I finally got through to them on the 10th but they then told me the refund would be done in 2 or 3 business days but I have to contact them again.I did not authorize this purchase and want my 55.99 refunded and do not understand why they keep telling me to contact them again when it is so hard to contact them.
