The company advertised for a free trial of an anti-aging product. They advertise that you only pay the shipping fee. You can also request to try their membership and with that you'll receive a $50 gift certificate (which I opted out of). Now, 8 days later, I've still received NO free product (but paid shipping) and they've charged me $89.95 for their "membership". They won't refund my money because in very fine print they write, that the shipping cost is non-refundable but they never mention the membership is non-refundable. In fact it says that there is a 30-day guarantee and you can keep the "free gift" (which I still haven't received) and a $50 gift card (which you can not spend unless you have purchased something full price already) even if you want to cancel. This is unacceptable.
