I PURCHASE A NETBOOK FOR MY GRANDSON TO PLAY ONLINE GAMES, (cartoon network, pbs, jumpstart...ect,). First it wouldn't hookup to WIFI, never did. Couldn't download any of the games. I call them explain that the net book wouldn't do what they said it would do. They ask me to return it @ my expense, told me they would send me another one and to add upgrades ($40.00) so that it would download the games. I received the netbook, with the upgrades still didn,t work. Call back told them it was not working, they then offer a tablet and a upgrade ($35.00). I return the netbook @ my expense only to receive the tablet that wouldn't download the games or connect to WIFI. Finally I have had enough, I ask for a refund @ a 25% restocking fee and no refund for the upgrades. I feel I was ripoff. I was missed lead in all thees upgrades that didn't help me use the netbook or tablet. I feel the upgrades should be refunded, they have their product, I've paid for upgrades that I can't use. BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY, THEIR SCAM IS SALE YOU UPGRADES YOU CAN'T USE......
